COLORS
Copper turns different shades and colors over time when exposed to the oxygen in the atmosphere. In a normal environment copper will turn from a shiny new penny look to dark brown within the first year. Over time copper will turn into a beautiful patina that changes from green to a darker greenish color and eventually to a blue-green color. The patina forms a protective coating that greatly increases the life of the copper.
We also provide products to control the appearance of the copper.
Copper Shield protects the original finish and prevents brown color. Patina products are also available to turn the gutter system to a green or blue/green color.
There simply isn't a better half round copper or zinc gutter system available anywhere in the world.
Our gutter system single bead half round gutter profile is unique in its design. Notice the back lip on the gutter this is an overflow lip. The back lip also helps to lock the gutter into position when overlapping one gutter section into another. Another beneficial feature of the design is the front bead. This bead is a slightly open design making installation quicker and easier while still providing ultimate strength and beauty. The Single Bead Half Round Gutter is available in (.65mm) 18 ounce (special order), (.7mm) 20.44 ounce (in stock), and thicker more durable (.8mm) 23.36 ounce (special order) as well. Only the (.7mm) 20.44 ounce is available as a stock item. Standard gutter lengths are 3 meter 10', and 5.5 meter 18' for the 5", 6", and 7.6" half round profiles.
Our gutter system expansion joints are unique in their design. They are unique because no other gutter system offers such an easily installed way to allow for expansion of a gutter. The expansion joints are a one unit piece that gets soldering into the gutter system, and has a rubber membrane that allows for expansion and contraction of the gutter. Metal gutter will expand and contract as it heats up and cools down throughout the days, weeks, and years. So, it is essential to provide all metal guttering with an expansion joint for every 50' of continuous gutter length. Continuous gutter can include one straight run of 50 feet, or several straight sections with inside and outside corners connected together that add up to 50' or more such as on a hip roof.
Our gutter system roof and fascia hangers are made from 3/16" thick X 11/8" wide bar stock. These superior gutter hangers are so strong that you can literally do pull-ups off of them. The pressed raised ridge down the center of the underside of the hanger helps with the overall strength value of the hangers. The strength value of the hangers makes it a great choice especially in snow and ice environments. The metal tabs in the front and back of the hanger allows for quick and easy installation. Simply place the gutter inside the hangers and fold the back tab down inside of the gutter, and the front tab up and around the front bead of the gutter. The tab design allows the gutter to expand and contract freely once inside of the hangers. Roof hangers get bent along the long shank with the roof hanger bending tool to the roof pitch and installed directly to the roof deck. Fascia hangers install directly to the fascia board. Recommended spacing can vary depending on snow and ice loads, but typically they can be installed on 2' centers in most areas of the country .For further information contact us at our office.
Our seamless downspout offers a belled or flared end at the top of the downspout. This belled or flared end makes it very easy to overlap one downspout section into another or an elbow into the belled end of the downspout. Seamless downspout is available in (.65mm) 18 ounce (special order), (.7mm) 20.44 ounce (in stock), and thicker more durable (.8mm) 23.36 ounce (special order) as well. Only the (.7mm) 20.44 ounce is available as a stock item. Standard downspout lengths are 3 meter 10', for the 3", and 4" plain round seamless profiles. Longer sections of downspout 5.5 meter 18' sections are available as a special order item. The downspout connector is a useful and easy way to join small sections of downspout together. The downspout connector simply slides into a cut section of downspout so it now has a belled end for easier installation.

Our seamless elbows do not have any crimps in the bend like you traditionally see with other elbows. The seamless elbow design has a belled or flared end just like the seamless downspout making installation quicker, easier, and more attractive. Seamless elbows are available in (.65mm) 18 ounce material. Elbows are offered in 40, 72, and 85 degree angles. The 40 degree elbows are for eave offsets of 6" - 8"or less. The 72 degree elbows are for eave offsets of 12" - 30". The 85 degree elbows are for eave offsets of 30" or greater.

The downspout hanger consists of 2 pieces. One piece is the stainless steel or coated stainless steel bolt screw that attaches into the wall surface and the other piece is the collar piece that attaches to the end of the bolt screw which actually holds the downspout onto the wall. The bolt screw is about 4" overall length we recommend screwing at least 1/2 to 3/4 of the bolt screw into the wall leaving a gap behind the downspout. The collar piece is hinged on one side and has a threaded eye wing nut on the other side to open the collar.

Our star drop outlets are especially unique in their design providing beauty, function, with ease of installation. The star drop outlets require no riveting or soldering what so ever. They simply connect right onto the gutter. Prior to installation a hole is cut in the bottom of the gutter proportional to the downspout size so water can drain out. The plain cup style drop outlet is not as unique as the star outlet, but serves the same generalized purpose to drain water out of the bottom of the gutter. The cup style outlet needs to be soldered into the bottom of the gutter making it a water tight system.

Our gutter systems inside and outside miters are unique in their design. The miters are unique because of the seamless construction when compared to strip miters or seamed 2 piece miters. The one piece seamless miter design allows for a quicker installation with less soldering than a traditional 2 piece seamed miter. The only seams you have with the miters are the 2 straight sections you join into the seamless miter. Inside miters are used in valleys, and outside miters are used at the hips.
Our end caps are available in 2 different very unique styles; the more traditional flat end caps, and the more contemporary European in flavor spherical end cap. The flat end caps come as lefts and rights. The sphericalor rounded end cap is the most unique stock end cap available in the American market. The spherical end caps are universal and can be used on either end of the gutter.
